Not my best stay
I stayed for 1 night and it wasn't great. The pull-out couch was torn up and had stains, yikes! The carpets were super dirty, left my socks black. The front desk staff weren't helpful at all, and I had issues with ants in the bathroom. The breakfast was decent, though! Just wish the room wasn't so gross.

We had a fantastic time enjoying the nearby Cades Cove park, where we spotted deer and even a bear! The expansive grounds of the hotel allowed our large family to mingle and have fun. Plus, the indoor pool was a hit with everyone!
My wife says that the noise from the highway was disruptive. Better soundproofing would really help families enjoy their stay more.

The room was comfortable, providing a nice place to relax after our daily activities. Breakfast was great, offering a good variety that satisfied everyone's taste in our group.
Noise from the nearby rooms disrupted our rest at times.

The stay was primarily for a family trip, and we loved the spaciousness of the Queen Room with Two Queen Beds, as it comfortably accommodated us. The indoor and outdoor pools were a hit with the kids, providing plenty of fun to keep them entertained. Breakfast offered a good variety, and we appreciated the friendly staff. However, I wish the room had been cleaner, as we did notice some dirt that affected our overall comfort.

I had a pleasant stay at Quality Inn, the clean room impressed me, and the kids loved the pools! The sofa cushions felt a bit filthy. The location was perfect for exploring Sevierville and nearby attractions. I’d return despite minor issues.

We explored Cades Cove and hit the Smokies Park baseball stadium. Our room was awesome with a cozy setup, and the indoor pool was a hit! Just keep in mind the breakfast can get pretty crowded.
We had a bit of trouble with the breakfast quality. it was kind of subpar and really crowded during peak hours.

The breakfast here hits the spot, with some serious pancake game going on! Plus, I loved that hidden privacy with the bathroom layout. The pools were a great escape after a day of eating my way through Sevierville.
Now, the pull-out couch? Let's just say it was more 'ouch' than 'couch'—thin and stained, not ideal for a restful night. And, oh man, the shower head was practically dangling off the wall.

The spacious queen room provided a comfortable setting, perfect for families. A highlight was the beautiful indoor pool area that we thoroughly enjoyed, alongside a surprisingly good breakfast with delicious snacks. Unfortunately, some unexpected issues arose with non-working outlets and a lack of maintenance response. Additionally, cleanliness was less than satisfactory, especially in the breakfast area, detracting from the overall experience.

The King Room was a decent size and had a nice layout with two TVs, which was cool. The bed was super firm, but the numerous comfy pillows were a plus. Loved having the Jacuzzi in the room. that was a highlight! The bathroom was a bit tight, though. Breakfast was good, pretty standard but hot. The location was great for accessing things without the noise. Honestly, could tell it was an older hotel, but it was clean and met our needs.
